College Utilities and Golden Heart Utilities, both located in Fairbanks, provide critical water and wastewater services to more than 55,000 people. Both companies are supported administratively by Utility Services of Alaska, and all three operating companies are subsidiaries of Fairbanks Sewer & Water. We have been providing utility services to the Fairbanks community since the 1960’s, and our activities are regulated by The Regulatory Commission of Alaska.
